Data Management and Analysis is a sub domain of the Support domain. The following tasks are within the scope of this sub domain. It provides a data warehouse, reporting, dashboard facilities and tools to enable Business Intelligence (BI). It will be used for, i.e. following: o Reporting of operational data for quality management and provider SLA monitoring. o Reporting of operational data due to legal requirements. o Duty report management. o Analysis of operational flight data for safety management and fuel optimization o Collection and reporting of operational (flight) data due to legal requirements
