Feedback and Complaint is a sub domain of the Marketing & Customer Care domain. The following tasks are within the scope of this sub domain. It is managing feedback and complaints include an analysis of the customer’s feedback which is the basis for subsequently optimizing the satisfaction and loyalty of this customer. If customers have claims for compensation, restitution, repayment or any other remedy for loss or damage those have to be managed, tracked and taken care of.
