In the Product & Service Design phase all the necessary product components are designed and subsequently developed for production. In this phase the Customer Experience, Product & Service and Corporate Design is defined. The Offering represents offered Air Products, Ground Products and Services which are managed accordingly to the Product Management catalog. Product & Services descriptions and guidelines help staff to maintain a high product quality to ensure superb customer experience. In the last step the product domain is also responsible for the Product Quality and creates several reports and monitors the systems data.
