Regarding the Technology Architecture, the Product Management Applications have the following responsibilities. The Applications are applied for developing products and services. They receive corporate product strategy and include corporate design requirements, and are responsible for designing customer experience throughout the product and service lifecycle. Furthermore, they receive new services and products based on the corporate strategy and customer data based on requirements, which they receive from various departments. The reporting and communication is done using internal analytics and communication tools. Furthermore, the Media System is the tool for managing IFE and multimedia systems.
