LDAP Certified

LABEL FOR LOGO

LDAP Certified

When this logo is used on, or in relation to, a product registered as conformant to this Product Standard, it must be accompanied by an attribution, in the form defined in the Trademark License Agreement,1 which includes the LDAP Certified Product Standard name.

DESCRIPTION

The LDAP Certified Product Standard defines requirements for Directory servers for interoperation with LDAP clients.

CONFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS

A single configuration of the system shall implement the features of the BASE profile of the LDAP Features for Certification specification.2

In addition, a conforming product may implement the features of the STANDARD profile of the LDAP Features for Certification specification.

The Conformance Statement must state whether the product implements the features of the STANDARD profile.

OPERATIONAL ENVIRONMENT

This Product Standard places no requirements on the operational environment of a conforming product.

PORTABILITY ENVIRONMENT

This Product Standard places no requirements on the portability environment of a conforming product.

OVERRIDING STANDARDS

The following are overriding standards for this Product Standard:

INDICATORS OF COMPLIANCE

A Test Report from the currently authorized release of the VSLDAP Test Suite. Refer to www.opengroup.org/testing to ascertain the currently authorized version of the test suite.

MIGRATION

As this is the first version of this Product Standard, there are no migration issues.
