LDAP Certified
When this logo is used on, or in relation to, a product registered as conformant to this Product Standard, it must be accompanied by an attribution, in the form defined in the Trademark License Agreement,1 which includes the LDAP Certified Product Standard name.
The LDAP Certified V2 Product Standard defines requirements for Directory servers for interoperation with LDAP clients.
A single configuration of the system shall implement the features of the BASE profile of the LDAP Features for Certification, Version 2 specification.2
In addition, a conforming product may implement the features of the STANDARD profile of the LDAP Features for Certification, Version 2 specification.
The Conformance Statement must state whether the product implements the features of the STANDARD profile.
This Product Standard places no requirements on the operational environment of a conforming product.
This Product Standard places no requirements on the portability environment of a conforming product.
The following are overriding standards for this Product Standard:
A Test Report from the currently authorized release of the VSLDAP Test Suite. Refer to www.opengroup.org/testing to ascertain the currently authorized version of the test suite.
This is the second version of this Product Standard. Its provisions relating to BASE profile certification are unchanged from the first version.10 No products certified against the first version claimed conformance to the features of the STANDARD profile. There are therefore no migration issues.
