setcchar - set cchar_t from a wide character string and rendition

The setcchar() function initialises the object pointed to by wcval according to the character attributes in attrs, the colour pair in color_pair and the wide character string pointed to by wch.The opts argument is reserved for definition in a future edition of this document. Currently, the application must provide a null pointer as opts.
Upon successful completion, setcchar() returns OK. Otherwise, it returns ERR.
